Community Guidelines
Australian Helper is for lawful, respectful local help. These rules apply to profiles, tasks, offers, messages, images, reviews and support contact.
Be accurate and respectful
- Describe tasks, experience, licences, pricing and availability honestly.
- Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, impersonate, manipulate reviews or pressure another member.
- Do not publish another person's address, contact details, identity documents or private communications without authority.
Prohibited tasks and content
- Illegal goods or services, fraud, theft, weapons, drugs, sexual services, exploitation or evasion of government requirements.
- Dangerous work without appropriate controls, or regulated building, electrical, plumbing, transport, health, legal, financial, childcare or other work without required licences and insurance.
- Sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate material, credible threats, extreme violence, hate or instructions that create serious harm.
- Spam, off-platform payment evasion, malware, credential requests or deceptive links.
Enforcement
We may warn, limit visibility, remove content, pause transactions, suspend or close accounts, preserve evidence and refer serious matters to providers or authorities. Decisions should be proportionate to risk, history and available evidence. Eligible decisions can be appealed.
Reporting
Use the report control closest to the content or conversation, or contact support. Give a clear reason and avoid repeating harmful material unnecessarily. Immediate danger should be reported to 000.
